wtf?  What the hell is this hanger pic stuff, like I really care about how thier progress on clothes hangers.  Not mad at you for posting it, pissed that they are actually concerned that the public gives two shits about how their progress is going on this.  Im starting to get a bit miffed about how long they are actually taking in this progress.  With the progress they are making on this game, some working for the company will have been vested in retiremenet by that timeframe.

Badger, what I posted was a joke.  In fact, it was not even "official".  Those pictures are actually made by someone in the SC community.

With regard to the progress, we should be seeing the First person shooter module in three weeks.  The single player part of the game called "Squadron 42" is supposed to be released at the end of this year.

Actually the single player Squadron 42 was suppose to be released in November 2014.  If they release anything this year I have 100% confidence it will be a buggy mess.

Ah yes, Derek Smart.  Too bad he does not live up to his name.  He is trying to stir up trouble for Star Citizen because he is jealous of all the money not going to his crappy game.

Well being this topic started June 2013, I am a little hesitate of seeing anything coming from this game.  I know you couldn't control your ship in EVE as you can in SC but minus that, EVE still seems to have a ton or more progress a space sim and has had their game going for a long time where SC really hasn't come finished anything yet.  Here we are in 2015 and I still don't see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Haven't been too happy with the game play so far which is why I haven't been in flying around.  Just not getting a happy feel for the game.

Not giving up just not giving any more.

Back in July I pointed these blogs out to Rock.  It's easy for a lot of people to dismiss Derek because of his past history and narcissist personality, but you can't argue against the valid points he has brought up in his first two articles (his rage has kept growing with each new blog on SC).

You can stick me in the category of backers who fear that the feature creep will ultimately kill this project and we won't even get the originally pitched game before they run out of money leaving us with nothing more than a broken tech demo.  The management of this project has been undisciplined and ultimately horrid.

Any programmer who has started a new program from scratch can tell you that doing baby steps and maintaining a system that is always running is way better way to go than trying to do everything at once and then having to troubleshoot everything at once.  When he got more money than he asked for he should have kept that money in reserve for post-development work and continued on with the original plan.  After the original plan (and time table) was met he then could continue with his greater vision through add-ons / expansions.

BTW Badger the fund raising for this project actually started in October 2012

At the time of backing SC I gave him the benefit of the doubt on Freelancer because of Microsoft's involvement and the fact he would be publisher-free this go around.  Unfortunately it would seem that it is indeed him that's the problem.

I'm pretty sure the forum topic also started on the same day, but was lost during the transfer to the new forums.

I have no issue legitimate complaints, but consider the source.  Derek Smart claims that Star Citizen is "technologically inferior" to this:

I have seen mods made for the ArmA community made for free that blow away what this guy is claiming to be superior.

By technologically, you mean graphically?  Why did you pick a video of that game in Alpha, a year and a half ago, as the comparison?

Texture and sound effects quality actually.

I picked that video because I did not look at the date it was posted.  Here is something newer:

And here is something that has been posted by some German reviewer:
